The Department of Architecture and Built Environment is seeking to appoint a Property or Construction Law Lecturer to support the delivery of professionally accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Real Estate, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying. The post is available on a 12 month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate ideas of a complex or technical nature to students effectively using a variety of teaching methods. Applicants with detailed knowledge of property or construction law through professional practice are invited to apply. Teaching experience preferable but not essential.
