Student and Academic Administration (SAA) is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join its team supporting Student Administration in the Faculty of Medicine.
The Student Administration Team is responsible for supporting a range of aspects of the student lifecycle including enrolment, academic programme management, student financial and pastoral support, assessment management, progress management and graduation.
For all posts you will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively. You will be well organised and adaptable taking a positive and proactive approach to managing a busy workload. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service.
At present, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will be expected to work a mixture of on campus and remotely.
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
