The successful candidate will have a duo reporting to Director and Associate Director, Infectious Disease Fellowship.

 

Responsibilities

  • Inpatient ID clinical service
  • Inpatient ID consultations (under ID faculty supervision) on patients from Medicine and other clinical services, such as Pediatrics and SurgeryOutpatient as per the curriculum, such as HIV, hepatitis, travel, TB, Microbiology laboratoryExternal rotations as per curriculum
  • Teaching of residents and other trainees
  • Active participation in both internal and external ID – related seminars and conferences
  • Research to include submission of manuscript(s) for publication
  • Participation in ID-related committees, such as infection control, antimicrobial stewardship
