The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is an Asian pioneer in management education. The Institute was founded in 1968 by a consortium of prominent business leaders, Philippine academic institutions, and the Harvard Business School.

AIM is the first school in Southeast Asia to receive accreditation from the US-based Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), globally recognized as having the world's highest standards.

Throughout its history, the Institute has sought to empower students to thrive in challenging, rapidly shifting environments. It achieves this by encouraging a more considerate, effective, and sustainable approach to business in society.

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) welcomes applications from talented educators looking to fill faculty positions, open rank, in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in a relevant field; have a track record in teaching and research; demonstrate commitment to high-quality teaching and scholarship; have the ability to publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals; and be able to work productively and cooperatively with students, staff, and faculty members.

Successful applicants will be expected to maintain a program of scholarly research and publication while contributing to their Department's teaching program.

Teaching in AIM will sharpen the successful applicants' use of the case method, expose them to teaching experienced graduate students, and provide them opportunities to work with seasoned business practitioners.
